Dane founded Optimum Allied Health in 2013 and now delivers physiotherapy, exercise physiology and occupational therapy to aged care providers across NSW, QLD and Victoria, alongside six allied health clinics in Northern NSW and Southern QLD. He also serves on the board of a community-owned aged care provider.
An accountant by trade and aged care board member, Rose has held senior executive roles at Lutheran Services and UnitingCare Queensland, and now drives client relationships and innovation at one of Australia's leading aged care builders.
